Full-Time
What you will do- Set up and run large presses and complex tooling (draw, form, progressive dies)
- Read blueprints and work instructions to produce quality parts efficiently
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot press or die issues and work with toolroom/maintenance
- Train and support Level I amp; II operators
- Follow safety standards and enter production data
- Minimum 4 years of press setup experience
- Read and write English
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to see and hear with vision including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the shift
- Frequent use of hands for handling, reaching, and operating equipment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and maintain focus during long shifts
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
