SUMMARYThe Manager of Community Engagement is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with community organizations to achieve mutually beneficial goals, typically including revenue generation, increased visibility, and strategic alignment. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, building relationships, and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value. Responsible for sponsor ships, third‑party, and workplace giving revenue. The Manager will serve as a liaison for existing partners, as well as pursuing new client opportunities.
Must be able to demonstrate internal team leadership while employing an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results‑oriented approach to lead and drive external partnerships that advance Angel Foundation’s™ brand, corporate involvement, cultivation, and stewardship.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Works with leadership and appropriate stakeholders in the organization to ensure effective communication and delivery of program and special event sponsorship opportunities and workplace solutions with corporate partners to meet or exceed funding goals.
- Identifies and secures new revenue streams via community outreach initiatives, with approximately 25% of time focused in this area.
- Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high‑level relationships with community and corporate partners to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.
- Drives comprehensive community initiatives through employee and executive engagement, corporate foundation gifts, consumer engagement opportunities, network fundraising activities, and mission funding opportunities.
- Executes strategy for community partnerships and account management, including the pursuit of new opportunities, managing and cultivating existing relationships, implementation of corporate initiatives and driving account engagement to achieve revenue target goals.
- Creates and executes a stewardship plan for key contacts.
- Oversees the delivery of high‑level constituent experience and recognition programs to cultivate new expanded opportunities; collaborates with development staff on the ongoing cultivation of existing donor relationships.
- Develops a pipeline of renewal and new funder prospects; solicits and secures sponsorship revenue.
- Produces, monitors, and evaluates reports on annual revenue plans including monthly budget, targeted ask amounts, commitments, and payments received.
- Provides analysis, identifies potential shortfalls, and develops and implements contingency plans and course corrections as needed to achieve goals.
- Communicates regularly with programs team to assess progress toward reaching program goals.
- Responsible for securing a minimum of $25,000 annually in new sponsorship revenue and actively engages in execution of special events.
- Actively engages with and manages a portfolio of prospects, including cultivation, solicitation, closing of gifts, and stewardship, ensuring fulfillment of funding objectives.
- Assists in identifying grant opportunities that align with funding requirements of the organization.
- Ensures effective management of corporate volunteers.
