Quality Control Manager

St. Paul southern suburb has an immediate need for person to oversee day-to-day quality control activities making sure products meet quality standards and customer needs. This role supports compliance efforts, manages quality control processes, conducts audits, investigates quality issues, and promotes continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality Professional who wants to work in a stable and growing company.

Must be a resident of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Must be eligible to work in the US permanently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the quality management system updated and maintained
• Maintain and oversee the quality management system
• Train staff on use of the quality management system including keeping accurate records
• Ensure compliance with AS9001D/ ISO
  13485 standards
• Prepare and conduct audits, support continuous improvement and monitor system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
• 5 to 8 years' quality management in a manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Ability to understand company products and assure all quality standards are met
• Strong problem solving skills as well as communication skills and time management
• Must be a resident of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
• Must be eligible to work in the US permanently.
