Sales Consultant in Training- Artisan Beer

Job Overview

Johnson Brothers is a national family‑owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. The Sales Consultant in Training position focuses on territory management, promotions, and account servicing within the Artisan Beer Company division.

• Travel around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, and in‑stock levels to service the accounts.
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out‑of‑stock items.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives about changes in buyer preferences, out‑of‑stock inventory, shelf space issues, and other concerns encountered during business hours.
• Build trust and strong retailer relationships by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values and delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Work experience in the liquor industry (e.g., bartender, wait staff, liquor store).
• Goal‑ and results‑oriented, competitive, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases repeatedly.
