Youth & Family Skills Coach – Youth ACT

• Provide skills services to children, adults, and/or families according to individualized treatment plans
• Help clients build communication, self-regulation, social interaction, and independence skills
• Provide calming and therapeutic support during challenging moments
• Work with the Clinical Supervisor during crises or emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation meeting program standards
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision sessions
• Complete required training and education activities
• Deliver a set number of direct service hours each week
• Follow agency policies, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines
• Support youth in practicing skills outlined in their treatment plans
