Fresh Logistics is hiring a Logistics Support Associate!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports daily transportation and logistics operations by coordinating with customers, carriers, drivers, and warehouses to ensure efficient shipment management and timely communication.

Schedule:

2 days in office, 3 days remote. Includes two evening shifts per week.

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics or dispatch preferred.
• Proficient with email, phone systems, and scheduling tools.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently during assigned hours.

• Address customer questions, concerns, issues, and ETA requests.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records.
• Schedule delivery appointments and coordinate logistics activities.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
• Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
