Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:
- Evaluate patients to determine their mobility, strength, and functional ability
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' rehabilitation needs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance on injury prevention and wellness techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:
- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
- BLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC charting systems
- Understanding of Drug-Free Campus policies
