What will you do?As a Mold Technician at Pure Fishing, you’ll dive deep into the fascinating world of injection molding. You’ll be the captain of the molding process, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Here’s a snapshot of your day‑to‑day adventures:
- Take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting like a pro.
- Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards—every cast and catch depends on you!
- Program robots to bring our operations to life.
- Master tools and techniques to keep presses running smoothly at standard cycles.
- Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and keep the workflow smooth.
- Use your safety‑first mindset to maintain a clean, secure workspace (LOTO, Sling & Crane, and more).
You’re no ordinary fish in the sea—you’ve got the skills and experience to make waves in this role:
- 2‑5+ years of injection molding experience.
- Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
- A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
