Overview

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Bakery Department Manager to join our team!

As The Bakery Department Manager, You Will
  • lead a remarkable team of customer service champions - you'll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals
  • provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions
  • build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals
  • evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality
  • order product and ensure proper inventory levels
  • assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash

The Bakery Department Manager position in our store is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility. Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Previous retail/customer service experience preferred
