Summary
SummaryReaches out to new families entering the community by linking them to community resources.
Office related- Greeting all visitors who enter the building.
- Answer the office phone and route calls as necessary.
- Occasional travel to support office needs such as mail related items, office supply pick ups, and deliveries.
- Assist new families entering the community in applying and linking them to community resources in their native language.
- Provides interpretation and translator services to clients as needed.
- Maintains professional and consistent contact with community social services organizations.
- Enter data and maintain files in a timely manner.
- Advocate for the needs of all individuals and families.
- Provide referrals and information to other social services organizations as needed.
- Actively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Attend required training and meetings.
- Provides direct service to families, as necessary.
- Advocates for clients, informing them of their rights and responsibilities.
