All Kids Dental Group in Menifee, California is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, which makes each day unique and rewarding. We are looking for a friendly, skilled R.D.A. who is a team player and enjoys working with children and teens. As part of our practice, you will have the opportunity to work in a friendly and compassionate environment that prioritizes the well‑being of our patients.

Our goal is to make seeing the dentist something our patients look forward to. We are willing to train.

• Assist chairside for our pediatric dentists, including charting
• Perform coronal polishing / dental prophylaxis and place fluoride varnish
• Take radiographs and extraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and appliance maintenance
• Complete in‑office lab cases
• Sterilize instruments
• Create and follow up on lab tracking
• Clean and maintain lab and dental operatories
• May occasionally do light front office duties such as answering the phone, checking in patients, and making simple appointments

• Current RDA license
• Current BLS provider
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Currently eligible to work in the U.S. (I‑9)

• PALS certification
• Moderate sedation and general anesthesia experience
• Orthodontics

• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish)

• Minimum salary: $42,000.00
• Maximum salary: $58,000.00

Our pediatric dentists are board‑certified pediatric dentists who have over 60 years of combined experience in pediatric dentistry.

Our practice sees patients who are fee‑for‑service as well as those who have selected PPO insurance plans.
