** Role Overview
** As a
** Hospice Community Liaison**, you will build and maintain strong relationships with
** physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
** to promote Bella Terra’s services. Your efforts will help ensure patients receive the compassionate care they deserve.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
* Conduct regular visits to referral sources to identify patients appropriate for
** hospice services
*** Represent Bella Terra Home Health and Hospice at
** community events, health fairs, and civic functions
*** Create and implement strategic marketing plans to meet growth objectives
* Monitor market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulations
* Serve as a resource for community members and assist with accessing care
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
* 3+ years of experience in
** hospice marketing or healthcare business development
*** Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of hospice care, home health services, and healthcare regulations
