We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesa Apartments in Menifee, CA.

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests, including appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and A/C work.
• Assist with on‑call rotation.

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200+ unit property.
• Proficient in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.).
• Customer‑service oriented with flexibility and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on‑call rotation.
• Consent to audio recordings of work duties.

• $26–$27/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
