Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting & Finance

We're partnering with a well-established private investment firm in Menlo Park, CA that is looking to add an Accountan
t to its collaborative finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment with broad exposure to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and investment operations.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
• Manage AP/AR and support multi-entity accounting
• Assist with tax, payroll, and compliance activities
• Maintain banking, investment, and financial records
• Support process improvements and day-to-day finance operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with Quick Books and Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
