We're partnering with a well-established private investment firm in Menlo Park, CA that is looking to add an Accountan
t to its collaborative small finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment with broad exposure to investment management accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and investment operations.
What You'll Do:- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports
- Manage AP/AR and support multi-entity accounting
- Assist with tax, payroll, and compliance activities
- Maintain banking, investment, and financial records
- Support process improvements and day-to-day finance operations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience or 20+ years of accountant experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with Quick Books and Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and able to work in a small office environment
- Willing to work onsite 5 days a week
