Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

A leading private investment firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support a group of senior executives and investment professionals. This role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume, complex calendars with strategic prioritization.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and liaise with internal and external assistants amid frequent schedule changes.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings by organizing materials and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate contacts and manage confidential files with discretion.
  • Provide backup administrative coverage and support ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within private equity, investment management, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple senior professionals.
  • Professional, proactive, and trusted team player with sound judgment.
