* Stanford Health Care is seeking a Program Project Coordinator to join the Activations & Operational Integration (AOI) team. This role provides critical coordination and project support to ensure hospitals, clinics, and administrative and patient care spaces are fully prepared to operate effectively from day one.

The AOI team delivers integrated project management across clinical and administrative space activations, hospital tours, and facilities governance. Standard work, proactive risk management, and cross-functional coordination drive consistent outcomes and ensure alignment between workflows, facility capabilities, and stakeholder expectations.

The Program Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project support activities, including workplan management, meeting coordination and facilitation, and documentation. This role is central to maintaining efficient project execution and supporting both project-level and departmental operations, ensuring seamless delivery across AOI initiatives.

** The ideal candidate brings:*
* + 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in healthcare

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Advanced communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

+ Professionalism, attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic environments
