Program Project Coordinator – Activations & Operational Integration (AOI)
Job OverviewThis role provides critical coordination and project support to ensure hospitals, clinics, and administrative and patient care spaces are fully prepared to operate effectively from day one.
Key highlights: 1.0 FTE full‑time, 8‑hour day, hybrid work; location Menlo Park, CA.
LocationStanford Health Care – Menlo Park Campus, 145 El Camino Real, California.
What You Will Do- Manage reporting and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately; manage project schedules.
- Coordinate departmental project activities and ensure project phases are documented appropriately.
- Provide leadership and expertise of administrative processes and flow of paperwork within Stanford Hospital and Clinics.
- Provide policy and procedure expertise as requested by management; guarantee timely submission of HR evaluations and paperwork.
- Oversee supplies and inventory management; conduct periodic inventory review and present cost management efforts.
- Manage events and coordinate support from communications, housekeeping, engineering, and maintenance.
- Serve as STAR representative for installation and maintenance of data and phone communication.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely completion of quality work; provide resources to new hires at the right time.
- Participate in projects as assigned and complete them within requested time frames.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two to five years of experience interacting with clients, customers, or patients in a complex environment.
Skills and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of hospital and clinic organization preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.
- Can take direction and work effectively alone and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to independently seek information.
- Discernment in confidential situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear professional appearance.
- Professional approach with sense of responsibility for duties.
- Prepares and manages accurate file systems per standard office practice.
- High critical thinking and time‑management skills to develop effective work plans.
- Interest in learning new software programs.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Meridian phone system, copiers, facsimile).
- Follows safety policies and procedures; incorporates ergonomic principles.

CompensationBase Pay Scale: generally starting at $43.77 - $56.90 per hour. Final salary will be based on internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
