Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of a critical, enterprise-wide Job Architecture and FLSA Compliance Review Program. Operating at the intersection of Compensation, Legal, People Business Partners (PBPs), and executive leadership, you will serve as the programmatic anchor—evaluating organizational job structures, conducting job content audits, and driving alignment on exemption classifications and job scopes.

Proven track record leading enterprise-wide HR, Compensation, or Organizational Transformation programs within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-Functional Influence:
Exceptional ability to build consensus, drive alignment, and influence stakeholders at all levels (from operational managers to executive leadership) without direct authority.
  • Analytical & Compliance Mindset: strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management skills, with experience reviewing job content, organizational design, or compliance frameworks (FLSA knowledge is highly preferred).
  • Communication & Presentation:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex HR, Legal, and analytical data into concise executive presentations.
  • Organization & Detail:
Advanced organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities with a sharp eye for audit-level detail.
