Moloco is looking for an exceptional leader to build and lead our Business Integrity function from the ground up. You will own the strategic, operational and enforcement layer that protects our platform from fraud, abuse, and policy violations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the trust & safety infrastructure for an AI-native performance advertising platform serving millions of advertisers and publishers globally.

This is not a reactive role. You will drive proactive detection, prevention, and enforcement of policies and processes to protect Moloco’s platform and its users while navigating a complex regulatory landscape. You will build a world‑class team, establish policies from first principles, and create the systems and processes that define how Moloco maintains platform integrity at scale.

As the first hire and architect of this function, you will be focused on:

• Conducting a comprehensive risk assessment and building a risk registry
• Mapping existing policies, workflows, enforcement gaps, and ownership
• Making critical tooling and detection strategy decisions
• Setting the foundation for the function’s operating model:
  Policy & Compliance, and Detection, Ops & Intelligence
• Partnering cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, Enterprise Compliance, Security, GTM, and Finance to understand pain points and align on approach

This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and is based near our Menlo Park, CA office and follows a hybrid in‑office schedule.
