Expected annual salary range for this job is $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

DescriptionThe Scheduler II oversees the development, planning, and scheduling of activities for assigned construction projects. Working directly with project teams as a core function of Operations, the Scheduler coordinates planning and scheduling functions to facilitate on‑time project delivery. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Job Skills & Abilities- Manage and coordinate with project teams to generate monthly status updates and narrative reports as required by contract documents.
- Excellent working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with cost, quantity, and labor hour loading preferred.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its derivatives CPI and SPI preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, models, and specifications for schedule development.
- Represent the Company and/or the project in meetings with owners, A/E representatives, and other contractors as required.
- Ensure corporate planning and scheduling standards are implemented and all related activities comply.
- Perform additional scheduling‑related assignments such as time impact analyses.
- Work with Estimating and Preconstruction Departments to ensure timely development of bid schedules.
- Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6 in the commercial general building sector.
- Experience in developing resource‑ and cost‑loaded baseline schedules.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office platforms.
- Travel to and working on project sites are required.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, plus two years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
