Be part of the operations team — help manage orders, fulfill them end-to-end, and coordinate the AI systems that power our operations.
What You'll Do- Manage incoming orders and reservations from intake to fulfillment
- Coordinate and supervise AI systems that facilitate day-to-day operations
- Resolve customer issues quickly with empathy and precision
- Partner with suppliers, guides, and transport partners to ensure flawless delivery
- Monitor reservation pipelines, flag exceptions, and proactively prevent problems
- Maintain meticulous records and audit trails for every booking
- Surface recurring issues and operational gaps to product and engineering
- Own customer success metrics: response time, resolution time, CSAT, and NPS
- Prior experience in customer success and operations at a large Fortune 500 company
- Trustworthy, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working alongside AI tools and learning new systems quickly
- Calm under pressure and skilled at handling escalations
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
- Highly organized — able to juggle many reservations without dropping a ball
