We are currently seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer for our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, you will work as part of a team to conduct analytical and computer problem‑solving, perform experimental field investigations and diagnostic surveys, and maintain client relations.

• Inspection, analysis and determination of causes of structural performance failures
• Conducting analytical and computer problem‑solving
• Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys
• Preparing technical reports and presentations
• Continued professional development towards establishing professional expertise

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or a related field
• P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years in California
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no immigration sponsorship)
• Excellent creative problem‑solving ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead or work in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to gather information from and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and industry

Base salary range USD $ – USD $ per year. Total compensation includes base salary, bi‑weekly bonuses for high‑intensity efforts, an annual bonus and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
