In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with leadership and delivery teams, managing exciting large-scale data center projects from initial design to groundbreaking and contract execution. Your expertise in procurement, budgets, scheduling, and negotiation will be critical as you drive successful outcomes for mission‑critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of professional experience in Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams to achieve project alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables with effective communication.
- Familiarity with large capital programs, ground‑up construction, greenfield site development, and retrofit projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Preconstruction processes including Budgets, Scheduling, Change Management, Risk Management, Negotiation, and Contract Administration.
- Understanding of construction schedules, costs, supply chain dynamics, and commercial contract delivery methods.
- Experience with Mission Critical/Data Center projects, particularly hyperscale builds.
- Active involvement in AI skill development and an understanding of emerging AI technologies.
- Background in general contracting and/or trade contracting, including both field and office experience.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and implementing bias mitigation and quality assessment.
- International development experience is a plus.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
$170,000/year to $238,000/year with additional bonus, equity, and benefits available.
