  • Elevate program management alignment across multiple preconstruction projects, focusing on cost, schedule, risk comparison, and constructability across internal stakeholder teams.
  • Manage and report on project status, risks, budgets, and schedules, providing key performance indicator updates to leadership.
  • Conduct bid levelling to ensure scope completeness and accuracy in pricing, and recommend the most suitable bidders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop scope criteria, budgets, and schedules for new projects.
  • Support build strategies through supply chain analysis, vendor selection, and procurement roadmap development.
  • Develop and operationalize new processes and tools to enhance productivity and support company initiatives.
  • Provide input on constructability and influence implementation plans based on total cost of ownership (TCO) perspectives.
  • Maintain industry connections and cultivate a database of qualified external partners for design, engineering, and construction services.
  • Effectively manage change by assessing its implications and providing commercial accountability in support of execution teams.
  • Work in partnership with Contracts Management to ensure compliance with agreements and commercial terms.
  • Lead and influence stakeholders on high‑impact initiatives to mitigate project delivery risks.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize project requests based on impact and deadlines.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 10 years of professional experience in Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.
    • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams to achieve project alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables with effective communication.
    • Familiarity with large capital programs, ground‑up construction, greenfield site development, and retrofit projects.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Preconstruction processes including Budgets, Scheduling, Change Management, Risk Management, Negotiation, and Contract Administration.
    • Understanding of construction schedules, costs, supply chain dynamics, and commercial contract delivery methods.
    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in general contracting and/or trade contracting, including both field and office experience.
    • Experience with ethical AI practices and implementing bias mitigation and quality assessment.
    • International development experience is a plus.
    • Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
    Compensation:

$170,000/year to $238,000/year with additional bonus, equity, and benefits available.
