1. Electrical Engineer - Hardware Systems (High-Tech / Networking)
Role Summary
The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic systems and hardware components for next-generation networking and high-tech products. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle-from concept and architecture through prototyping, validation, and production-collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and signal integrity.
- Own schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout guidance for complex hardware systems.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
- Conduct signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and EMI/EMC analysis.
- Support manufacturing and production ramp, including DFM/DFT reviews and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-8+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuit design, power systems, and high-speed interfaces.
- Experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
- Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or similar high-speed protocols.
- Experience in networking hardware, routers, switches, or data center systems.
- Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC integration.
- Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and certification.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and high-volume production environments.
