• Guide the team through an evolving AI ecosystem to build AI‑first products.
• Support engineers’ career development through feedback and leadership coaching.
• Translate product requirements into engineering work and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with local and global teams in Engineering and Product Management.
• Deliver complex projects with high quality and a strong technical foundation.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and practical decision‑making.

• 10+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise products.
• Extensive experience with data ecosystems—including databases, analytics, data engineering, and ETL.
• Experience building and delivering tools or platforms for data engineers or developers.
• Proven record delivering products that involve AI‑powered code translation, developer copilots, or complex semantic validation.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to manage a growing engineering team.
