Matic is seeking a Robotics Reliability Engineer to own reliability across motors, mechanisms, and electronics from design to home use. You will partner with design engineers to predict failures, run DFMEA, and define tests, targets, and sample sizes to prevent issues before launch.
Post-launch, you will analyze field data from support tickets, returns, and telemetry, tear down units, and translate findings into new tests, input on failure modes, and prioritization for engineering bandwidth.
