Stanford University’s SSRL program seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design and maintain accelerator subsystems, including magnets, vacuum chambers, and cooling channels. You will develop 3D concepts, perform analyses, and ensure designs meet SSRL standards.
This role requires a degree in mechanical engineering with relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a team setting. On-site work is expected at SLAC facilities.
