Estimating Manager, MEP - Data Center
This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in data center projects. The Estimating Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project budgets are met and that all necessary components are accounted for in the estimation process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed estimates for MEP systems in data center projects
- Collaborating with engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications
- Ensuring that all project components are included in the estimation process
- Monitoring project progress and updating estimates as necessary
- Providing accurate and timely cost reports to project managers
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, particularly in the data center and MEP fields. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
