Develop and manage event budgets, track spend, negotiate cost-effective solutions, and provide budget reporting to leadership.

Ensure all events deliver maximum impact within approved budgets.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with Executive Assistants, People Partners, Communications, Workplace Services, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with broader organizational initiatives.

Documentation & Playbooks:
Create and maintain detailed event playbooks, run-of-show documents, vendor lists, and post-event reports to build institutional knowledge and enable repeatable excellence.

Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct post-event retrospectives, gather attendee feedback, analyze event effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
