Junior Financial Accountant Menlo Park

A highly analytical & solutions-driven Junior Financial Accountant is sought by a Pretoria-based leader in financial software to join its team.

Your role will be comprised of processing monthly bank statements on Pastel Partner, bank reconciliations and monthly VAT
201 & EMP
201 submissions. Applicants will require at least 3 years’ SAIPA/SAICA completed articles, Advanced proficiency in Sage Pastel Partner, Excel, Outlook and able to work across multiple data systems.

DUTIES:

• Monthly bank statement processing on Pastel Partner.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Monthly VAT
  201 & EMP
  201 submissions.
• Bi-Annual EMP
  501 submissions.
• PROVTAX calculations.
• Customer & Supplier invoice capturing.
• Journal capturing.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 Years’ SAIPA/SAICA completed articles (NB).
• Working across multiple data systems.
• Willing to work overtime as and when required.
• In-Office position (08:00 – 17:00 ; Monday to Friday).
