Analyst – and Middle Market Technology Banking – Relationship Management

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic and operational business plan for the department under the general guidelines provided by the Managing Director.
• Promote sales and marketing activity to the target market.
• Seek new market opportunities for the division.
• Cross-sell bank products and services by identifying transaction opportunities, marketing each product to identified clients, negotiating the terms and conditions, and executing and documenting the transactions.
• Negotiate terms, structure loan financing based on risk considerations, and present credits for approval to appropriate levels of authority.
• Support the Bank's culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.
• Prepare lending proposals and pitches to prospective clients.

• 3+ years experience in U.S. banking and international markets
• Excellent interpersonal skills including business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of domestic and foreign financial markets and products, including nonbanking financial institutions
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience, Master’s in Business or CFA preferred
