Role Overview
Robinhood Ventures is hiring a Deal Lead to source and execute investments for its new publicly traded fund, which brings private-market investing access to retail investors. The role reports to the Head of Robinhood Ventures and is based in Menlo Park, CA (hybrid, 3 days/week in-office).
Key Responsibilities- Source new investment opportunities in growth-stage private companies via a network of VC firms, founders, and secondary markets
- Lead end-to-end financial and operational diligence to support investment decisions
- Manage the full investment lifecycle from sourcing through IC materials, negotiation, and portfolio engagement
- Build and implement AI-driven tools to streamline sourcing, diligence, and portfolio monitoring
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams on fund operations
- Investment experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity, focused on growth-stage, pre-IPO technology companies
- Strong, active network in the technology and AI ecosystem (founders, VC investors)
- Proven investment judgment and experience within a high-performing investment fund
