About the RoleThe Talent Management team shapes how performance and growth are defined, measured, and strengthened across the organization. This team builds and operates the frameworks that clarify expectations, drive consistency, and elevate standards over time.
The Talent Management Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring these programs function seamlessly s position is responsible for the operational execution, system administration, and ongoing reliability of key Talent initiatives. Success in this role means leaders and employees experience processes that are efficient, predictable, and well-supported.
This is a highly execution-focused position requiring precision, ownership, and strong operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities Program Execution & Performance Cycles- Lead end-to-end execution of performance management cycles, including system setup, testing, launch, tracking, and close-out
- Ensure core Talent programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule
- Monitor participation, progress, and completion metrics to ensure strong adoption
- Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure smooth session delivery, system access, and cross-functional handoffs
- Manage probation period workflows, including configuration, reminders, compliance tracking, and follow-ups
- Support career framework and leveling initiatives through structured governance, documentation, and operational tracking
- Oversee employee survey administration across the lifecycle, ensuring clean distribution, accurate reporting, and data integrity
- Manage operational aspects of Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, including governance processes, tooling, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain system permissions, access controls, and data accuracy across people platforms
- Generate reporting that provides visibility into program health, participation rates, and outcomes
- Proactively identify operational gaps or risks and implement solutions before they affect stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures to support scalability and continuity
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, talent operations, people systems, or program management
- Demonstrated experience managing recurring, high-visibility operational cycles with strong accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
- Experience administering HR systems and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across regions and time zones
Preferred: Experience with platforms such as Workday, Lattice, Enboarder, Qualtrics, or similar systems
