Desktop Support Engineer- st tech investment firm

Support the internal technology environment of a global technology investment firm operating at the center of AI, software, and infrastructure. The organization has been established for over 40 years, manages hundreds of billions in assets globally, and backs many of the world’s most well-known technology companies.

This role sits within a small, onsite IT Operations team based in Menlo Park and is focused on hands-on, in-person desktop support for a corporate office environment. You will work closely with senior IT leadership and support employees with day-to-day troubleshooting, hardware setup, and walk-up support.

You will own onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access, and permissions, and help ensure a smooth experience for employees across the office. The environment is fast-paced but well structured, with high expectations, strong visibility, and clear opportunities for growth.

The team is looking for a junior-to-mid-level Desktop Support Engineer with experience supporting macOS environments and common workplace tools such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Okta, and Jamf. This is a fully onsite role, five days per week, with no sponsorship available.

The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with a 10–15% bonus and benefits.
