Senior Network Security Engineer, Federal

Requirements

• Strong background in network engineering and security operations
• Proficiency in deploying network security solutions in diverse environments
• Familiarity with cloud services, ITSM, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and automation tools
• Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python
• Knowledge of data formats like JSON, YAML, and XML
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in teams while managing customer priorities
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required

• Successfully implement and promote the use of Red Seal One
• Align customer security goals with platform functionalities and operational processes
• Integrate Red Seal with client tools like ITSM and ticketing systems
• Reduce potential exposure through insights on segmentation and validation
• Automate processes to minimize manual security tasks
• Clearly communicate developments, risks, and outcomes to clients
• Act as a dedicated Red Seal representative for assigned clients
• Adhere to Red Seals internal standards and communication protocols
• Balance customer needs with Red Seals delivery timelines
