What You Will Do
· Drive complex change initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment, managing multiple concurrent work streams with clarity and accountability.

Distill ambiguity into clear action plans, synthesizing inputs from diverse stakeholders into prioritized recommendations and next steps.

Facilitate high-stakes discussions and working sessions, maintaining focus, resolving friction, and driving alignment and forward momentum.

Orchestrate cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts, ensuring dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are aligned and progressing.

Navigate evolving program structures and shifting priorities, rapidly adjusting plans while maintaining delivery discipline.

Influence and engage strong personalities with confidence and credibility, fostering productive and durable working relationships.

Translate research, data, and qualitative inputs into compelling narratives that inform strategy and enable execution.

Establish and track success metrics, risks, and progress indicators, escalating issues and recommending course corrections as needed.

Comfort operating in ambiguity, with strong judgment to determine priorities and drive action.

Advanced facilitation skills to guide discussions, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum.

High adaptability and resilience in constantly evolving program environments.

Confident executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.

Strong program management mindset focused on coordination, orchestration, and delivery.

Ability to leverage subject-matter experts effectively rather than personally owning all content areas.

Bias for action, urgency, and outcomes in high-velocity environments.

Demonstrated success managing ambiguity and translating complexity into execution.

Proven experience supporting senior and executive-level stakeholders.
