Position: Sr. Workflow Automation Lead
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Visa: Not sponsored
Experience & Qualifications- 10+ years dedicated to workflow automation, system integration, or business process engineering.
- 3+ years of direct, hands‑on technical experience with n8n and Zapier.
- Proven track record building and scaling automations within enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong programming/scripting capabilities in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Solid grasp of database systems, SQL, and complex data transformation techniques.
- Experience navigating CI/CD pipelines, automation deployment, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Elite analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Workflow Automation Platforms:
Expert‑level, hands‑on mastery of n8n, Zapier, and Make () (or equivalent orchestration tools). - API & Data Engineering:
Deep expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API authentication/integration patterns, third‑party SaaS integrations, and JSON/XML data handling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
