Junior-Level Technical Readiness Analyst

Payrate: $45.00- $50.00/hr summary:
We are seeking a junior-level Technical Readiness Analyst with a software engineering background to support hardware-to-data-center compatibility analysis. In this role, you will leverage internal AI-powered tools to collect, organize, and analyze hardware specifications and data center infrastructure specifications, assess deployment readiness, and generate recommendations for interconnection requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines software, data analysis, and infrastructure knowledge with an interest in AI hardware and large-scale data center environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• OR equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Analysis, or Technical Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with complex technical specifications and documentation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI tools and software platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of independently managing multiple work streams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data center infrastructure concepts:
  Power systems, Cooling systems, Rack architecture, Networking infrastructure.
• Experience reviewing Hardware specifications, Technical design documents, Engineering documentation, CAD drawings.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), Automation frameworks.
• Understanding of Ethernet networking, Fiber optics, Interconnect topologies.
• Experience working within cross-functional engineering organizations.
• Knowledge of Data visualization platforms, Dashboard development tools.

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00- $50.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
