Project Coordinator IV (Technical Product Operations Specialist)
itD is seeking a Project Coordinator IV (Technical Product Operations Specialist) to drive technical product operations, program execution, and data-driven decision-making across Company Product & Regulatory Operations organization. Location:
Remote (U.S.). Candidates must be open to transitioning to a hybrid schedule in New York City, Menlo Park, Washington D.C., or Seattle if Company offices fully reopen.

Responsibilities- Lead program execution across multiple technical product initiatives, supporting new product launches, operational improvements, and scalable program delivery.
- Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets for business and product insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to automate workflows, accelerate data analysis, and prototype operational solutions.
- Identify program risks through data analysis and develop mitigation strategies that improve execution quality and delivery timelines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate execution and resolve operational challenges.
- Manage multiple concurrent work streams while maintaining detailed project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous process improvements by implementing technical and programmatic solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations that support product strategy and informed business decisions.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
- 8+ years of experience in technical product operations, strategy, consulting, operations, or program management.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and complex data transformations.
- Experience leveraging AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate technical processes.
- Expert proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional work streams simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting Meta Product Operations teams.
- Experience with AI-assisted development, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-powered code generation.
- Experience with development environments such as VS Code.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
- Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical requirements and product specifications.
- Background in quality assurance, product testing, ML/AI validation workflows, or technical operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
