Oracle SCM Lead – Oracle PLM / Product Lifecycle Management

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud PLM modules:
Product Hub, Innovation Management, New Product Development, and Quality Management. - Gather and translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions
- Design and implement integration points between PLM and downstream SCM modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement).
- Lead workshops with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain stakeholders to align PLM processes with business needs.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Drive SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and cutover/go-live activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data conversions, and custom reports (RICEFW).
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with a strong focus on PLM.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Product Hub, item/BOM management, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with broader Oracle SCM modules — Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement — and how PLM integrates with them.
- Experience with data migration tools (FBDI) and integration platforms (OIC).
- Strong understanding of engineering change processes, product data governance, and quality workflows.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
