Meta is seeking a Knowledge Intelligence Specialist who believes the future of HR knowledge belongs in everyone's hands. This role supports our People Operations Knowledge Intelligence Program, helping evolve how company knowledge is discovered, shared, and used by moving to AI-powered systems that put intelligent, personalized knowledge directly in the hands of every employee. You'll support the implementation of a knowledge management framework across HR domains - one designed not just to organize information, but to deliver smart insights that empower people to make proactive decisions about their work, their teams, and their careers.
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta 4+ years of experience in strategic program management, HR technology, knowledge management, or organizational development
- Proven track record of successfully managing content and/or knowledge management projects from concept to launch
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content management systems or intelligent automation platforms
- Hands-on experience applying AI to knowledge retrieval and employee self-service
- Experience defining success metrics and evaluating ROI for AI-powered initiatives using data-driven approaches
- Experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future-focused program design
- Experience communicating complex AI concepts in writing and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences and drive organizational change
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while executing independently as priorities evolve
- Certification in knowledge management
- Knowledge of responsible AI implementation in HR contexts
- Experience with content management systems, taxonomy design, or information architecture
- Background in change management frameworks or certifications
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools to communicate knowledge health metrics and program outcomes to leadership
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
- Experience in a Big Tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
