Senior Enterprise Applications QA Lead / SME Oracle Fusion Cloud & Salesforce

- Lead QA activities across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, and integrated enterprise applications.
- Define test strategy for functional, regression, integration, E2E, UAT, and release validation.
- Validate cross-application business processes and workflows.
- Perform impact analysis for application, configuration, and integration changes.
- 7 10+ years of enterprise application QA/testing experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Salesforce.
- Good understanding of ERP, CRM, and integrated enterprise systems.
- Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
- Strong business-process knowledge across areas such as Finance, P2P, O2C, CRM, SCM, or HCM.
- Experience with release validation, defect triage, RCA, and risk assessment.
- Experience with Jira, Test Rail, or similar test-management tools.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with both Oracle Fusion Cloud and Salesforce.
- Oracle Fusion or Salesforce certification .
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
- Experience working with onsite and offshore QA teams.
- Participate in release planning and quality-gate reviews.
- Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and closure validation.
- Assess release risks and provide production-readiness recommendations.
- Mentor QA analysts and support QA standards and best practices.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Application Owners, Release Managers, and Business Stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
