For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, IT to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape the enterprise IT vision and execution for a global organization operating across multiple regions. The role will focus on strengthening end-user computing, collaboration platforms, office IT, and service delivery while enabling secure, scalable operations. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders, including security leadership, to advance modernization, compliance, and AI adoption across the business.

Location:

Menlo Park, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $276,000 – $345,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead and define the company's multi-year IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align IT capabilities with business goals.
  • Advocate for and implement an IT-led AI adoption roadmap with measurable success.
  • Manage global IT operations and ensure high service quality across regions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure and facilitate automation in service delivery.
  • Drive IT security compliance and manage incident responses in partnership with the CISO.
  • Cultivate and lead a high-performing global IT organization, fostering a culture of improvement.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles in global settings.
  • Expertise in end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and office IT across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, identity, access, and device management.
  • Experienced in security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder communication at executive levels.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and governance strategies for emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
