• Design and execute complex E2E test scenarios across Oracle and Salesforce.
• Validate upstream and downstream system interactions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
• Assess business and technical impact of application changes.
• Identify workflow, data, and integration gaps.
• Perform defect analysis and support root-cause investigation.
• Validate fixes and production readiness.
• Support QA1 analysts with complex scenarios and business-process guidance.
• Participate in release planning and risk-assessment discussions.

• 7 10+ years of enterprise application QA experience.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud or Salesforce experience, with meaningful exposure to the other platform.
• Strong business-process understanding across ERP and CRM.
• Experience with integration and E2E testing.
• REST/SOAP API-testing knowledge.
• Experience with Postman, JSON/XML, Jira, and test-management tools.
• Strong defect triage and impact-analysis skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
