Our client is a 1000+ attorney international law firm in the Am Law top 50. This firm is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal for their Peninsula office.
Responsibilities- Support patent litigation attorneys through all phases of litigation, including filing, trial preparation, and appeals.
- Manage large-scale patent litigation matters, including claim construction and PTAB proceedings.
- Assist with cases in U.S. District Courts, the Federal Circuit, and Section 337 investigations before the ITC.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, filings, and litigation documents with strong attention to accuracy.
- Coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. ABA-approved paralegal certification required.
- 4+ years of patent litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of PTAB, Federal Circuit, ITC proceedings, and electronic filing systems (P-TACTS, ECF, USPTO Patent Center, EDIS).
