Corporate Tax Associate

A law firm seeks a Corporate Tax Associate in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax aspects of complex corporate and partnership transactions, including strategic and private equity M&A transactions, and domestic and international tax planning and structuring.

• Advise on tax matters impacting high-growth businesses and their investors.
• Work with growth-stage technology and life science companies and investors.
• Engage in domestic and international tax planning and structuring.

• 3-6 years of experience at a peer law firm.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located.

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Membership to the State Bar.
