Reporting to senior estate management, the position is hands‑on and varied, combining technical facilities oversight with refined houseman and property support duties. Responsibilities include coordinating specialist contractors, maintaining complex building systems, supporting preventive maintenance programmes, and ensuring the residence is consistently guest‑ready.
The CandidateYou will be discreet, highly organised, and technically capable, with a strong service mindset. A background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering is highly desirable, alongside comfort working within a private, high‑profile environment. Flexibility, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.
Key Requirements- Fluent French (spoken and written)
- Legal right to work in France
- Strong technical aptitude with a hands‑on approach
- Proven discretion and experience in luxury environments
- Willingness to support both facilities and household operations
