Finance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate finance-related projects. This role involves managing projects end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, maintaining project documentation, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects end-to-end and create detailed plans to accomplish goals
• Lead complex finance projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally
• Maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment of deliverables
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Drive change management, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain communication channels

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of project/program management experience (closer to 7 preferred)
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with finance teams or finance business functions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills

Preferred:

• PMP / PMI / PMI-CPMAI or similar project management certifications
• PROSCI or similar change management certification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with engineering teams

Day-to-Day:

• End-to-end project execution for finance initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with global teams
• Managing timelines, risks, and project deliverables
