Pay Range$61.15 - $71.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities- Execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for new and existing features.
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
- Reproduce, document, triage, and track defects through resolution.
- Support test strategy development and test plan creation.
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor quality metrics and testing progress.
- Conduct product audits and bug audits to identify quality gaps and improve test coverage.
- Provide release readiness support for small to medium-sized feature launches.
- Lead test execution efforts for small to medium-sized projects and features.
- Perform benchmarking, performance, and battery testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and QA stakeholders.
- Participate in status meetings and represent QA when needed.
- Support high-priority and confidential projects requiring exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate testing activities with offshore teams when necessary.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting complex software releases.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience testing social networking, messaging, or consumer-facing applications.
- Experience working with offshore teams across multiple time zones.
- Trust & Safety domain experience.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or agents to improve QA workflows.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and modern testing practices.
